The Las Vegas Bowl will feature a former/current team from the Pac-12 Conference vs. a team from either the SEC or Big Ten Conference in a six-year deal (2020-2025). The Las Vegas Bowl will have a Big Ten team in 2021, 2023 and 2025; while the SEC will provide a team in 2022 and 2024.
In May of 2001, the Las Vegas Bowl was acquired by ESPN Regional Television (ERT) — now known as ESPN Events, a subsidiary of ESPN, Inc. As part of the agreement, ESPN Events assumed responsibility for the Las Vegas Bowl’s organization, operation, sponsorship, marketing efforts and more.
