FREMONT STREET EXPERIENCE WELCOMES  ARIZONA STATE AND WISCONSIN FOR WEEK-LONG EVENTS  IN 2021 SRS DISTRIBUTION LAS VEGAS BOWL

LAS VEGAS – On Monday, Dec. 27, Fremont Street Experience will host the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl Welcome Reception and Bowl Bash Concert by the Village People on Wednesday, Dec. 29, both events are free and open to the public.

Bowl Week officially kicks off at Fremont Street Experience, a six-block entertainment district located in historic downtown Las Vegas where the Bowl teams, Arizona State and Wisconsin, get a glimpse of the classic and legendary downtown atmosphere on Monday, Dec. 27 at the Welcome Reception.   The teams and coaches will enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet under Viva Vision, the world’s largest single video screen – 1,500 feet long, 90 feet wide and suspended 90 feet above the urban pedestrian mall. After dinner, players from each team will showcase their talents off the field and on-stage featuring games and trivia, followed by live entertainment.

The Village People will perform on 3rd street stage under the lights of Fremont Street Experience canopy on Wednesday, Dec. 29 at the Bowl Bash Concert at 9:15 p.m.

The first SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl played in its new home at Allegiant Stadium will feature Wisconsin (8-4) facing Arizona State (8-4) to highlight the 30th year of the event on Thursday, Dec. 30 at 7:30 p.m. PT (10:30 p.m. ET) on ESPN.

The Village People return to Fremont Street Experience to ring in 2022 at the destination’s NYE 80’s & 90’s Dance Party Celebration on Dec. 31 featuring Bobby Brown, Vanilla Ice, Village People, Tone Loc and recently added A Flock of Seagulls.   Tickets for the official New Year’s Eve party for the city of Las Vegas are on sale now at www.vegasexperience.com.  Guests must be 21 or older to purchase and attend the New Year’s Eve event.
