Hotel Arrival for Teams

It’s a welcome reception unlike any other. Including appearances by Elvis and custom player gifts, it’s a fun time to introduce the players and coaches to the City of Lights.

Coaches Vip

Coaches & VIP Reception at Maverick Helicopters

Coaches, their wives, and school dignitaries enjoy a reception full of entertainment, fun, and a unique culinary experience. To top off the night, these coaches and VIP will experience an aerial tour of Vegas courtesy of Maverick Helicopters.

Fremont Street Experience Welcome Reception

Bowl Week is officially kicked off on the iconic Fremont Street Experience, where teams get a glimpse of the classic and legendary Las Vegas Atmosphere downtown. Under lights that span over three football fields in length, teams enjoy an all-you-can-eat buffet. Players will also showcase their talents off the field and on the stage, followed by live entertainment.

Players volunteer with the Goodie Two Shoes Foundation to provide underprivileged children with the opportunity to pick out new shoes while enjoying other fun activities. The players will visit a local elementary school to create an enjoyable experience for the children, while also experiencing a taste of the Las Vegas community’s heart and soul.

Opportunity Village Player Visit

Opportunity Village is a not-for-profit organization that serves adults in the southern Nevada community with intellectual and related disabilities to enhance their lives and the lives of the families who love them. On December 28, players from the participating teams, along with mascots and cheer, volunteer their time and interact closely with the men and women of Opportunity Village to provide an exceptional experience for everyone.

Downtown Summerlin Ladies’ Day

The ladies from the participating teams enjoy a day out at Downtown Summerlin to relax and enjoy more of what Las Vegas has to offer. This includes a walk around town, shopping, various activities, as well as a delicious lunch courtesy of Andiron Steak & Sea.

Downtown Summerlin Kids’ Day

The kids from each team get to enjoy their own day of fun at Downtown Summerlin. Their day starts with lunch and games at Dave & Buster’s, which is then followed by a choice of activities to do during the day.

Pep Rally

Starts at 6:00 PM

The annual tradition of the Pep Rally is a great opportunity for fans of both teams to truly get excited about the Las Vegas Bowl. Featuring the bands, cheerleaders, mascots and more, the Pep Rally is full of the excitement that defines college football fans all over the country.

Corona Extra Pre-Game Fan Fest

There is no better way to get ready for a college football game than a great tailgate party. The Pre-Game Fan Fest is the place to be for live music, food, games, and a battle of the bands from the two participating schools. Don’t miss out on the chance to be at the best pre-game party in the business.

The 29th Las Vegas Bowl will kick off live on ESPN at 7:30 p.m. PST. It will be an experience like none other in college football as we bring entertainment from the world famous Las Vegas strip onto a live stage inside Allegiant Stadium, followed by a matchup between two great teams.

The 2018 Las Vegas Bowl featured many fun bowl week events for the Arizona State and Fresno State traveling parties, sponsored by our wonder friends at Mandalay Bay, Hard Rock Hotel, Maverick Helicopters, and Fremont Street!

A long with our other amazing bowl week events, the members of the Arizona State and Fresno State participated in some charity outreach in two of our local charity organizations, Goodie Two Shoes and Opportunity Village!

SlotZilla at Fremont Street Experience

SlotZilla at Fremont Street Experience is a 12-story, slot machine-inspired zip line attraction and is one of the best things to do in Las Vegas.
