TICKET KICKOFF LUNCHEON

Current sponsors and potential sponsors will come together for our annual Ticket Kickoff Luncheon that will be held in Vinyl at the Hard Rock Hotel on Thursday, September 29th. Guests will enjoy a program hosted by emcee Chet Buchanan that will include Executive Director John Saccenti, Las Vegas Bowl Committee President Rob Dondero, and will feature Steven Jackson as the keynote speaker. Jackson, who holds the Las Vegas Bowl touchdown record and now resides in Las Vegas, will speak to the crowd about the importance of bowl games from a student-athlete perspective and in the overall community. VIP GOLF OUTING

The Las Vegas Bowl held the 2015 VIP Golf Outing at Southern Highlands Golf Club. 120 players participated in a shotgun scramble-style tournament for the chance to win prizes for best score, longest drive, and closest to the pin. Winners of the longest drive and closest to the pin competitions received gift cards to Tommy Hilfiger.

Lucky holes were spread around the course and along with featured products from Jack Daniel’s, Bacardi, and Tito’s Vodka. Additionally, Bud Light set up a Build-A-Bar to outside of the clubhouse to create a fun, easy-going atmosphere for the day. After all teams finished their round, the clubhouse hosted a viewing party for Monday Night Football when Eagles played host to the Giants.

The 2016 event will take place on Monday, October 17th and will host this year’s sponsors.
