Utah to Face Northwestern in 2023 SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl

Utes and Wildcats to Meet for only the Fourth Time

LAS VEGAS – The SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl will feature Utah (8-4/5-4) facing Northwestern (7-5/5-4) on Saturday, Dec. 23 at Allegiant Stadium. Kickoff is set for 4:30 p.m. PT (7:30 p.m. ET) on ABC.

The Utes of the Pac-12 Conference, serving as the away team, will make their record-tying sixth appearance in the SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl while the Wildcats of the Big Ten Conference will make their first appearance. The two programs have met just three times with Northwestern holding a 2-1 advantage.

“What a great matchup of two proud college football brands we will have this year,” said SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl executive director John Saccenti. “Our bowl has a long, successful history with the Utes and their great fans while it’s always exciting to bring in a team like Northwestern for the first time. Las Vegas will be waiting to show both teams why our bowl week is considered one of the best in the nation.”

Tickets, which start at $70 (plus fees), are available by visiting www.lvbowl.com. The Las Vegas Bowl is one of 17 bowl games owned and operated by ESPN Events, a division of ESPN.

As part of the historic alignment with the Pac-12, Big Ten and SEC, last year’s game saw Oregon State of the Pac-12 defeat Florida of the SEC on December 17 in the second SRS Distribution Las Vegas Bowl played at Allegiant Stadium.
