Team Announcement And Media Conference - 11:30am
The head football coaches, athletics directors and one student-athlete from each participating institution will be present. This brief press conference will be followed by a question and answer session with the media and one-on-one interview opportunities. By Invitation Only.
Wednesday, December 19th
Welcome Reception Presented By Outback Steakhouse At Fremont Street Experience - 5:30pm
The Official Travel Party and their guests will officially be welcomed to our great city, Vegas Style! Under the lights of the historical Fremont Street Experience, the teams will be welcomed by showgirls and official dignitaries, enjoy entertainment and feast at the Outback Steakhouse buffet. Team season highlights will be featured on the light canopy during the event.
Thursday, December 20th
Player Visit To Opportunity Village - 9:00am
Participating student-athletes will visit, talk sports and provide gifts to the clients at Opportunity Village.
Goodie Two Shoes Foundation Shoe Distribution - 10:00am
Participating student-athletes will visit, talk sports and be on-hand as the children participating select their new shoes and socks.
Ladies Vegas Shop & Dine Experience - 11:30am
The Official Travel Party women will be invited to an experience of a life-time. A cooking demonstration by a local chef, followed by dining on the prepared lunch and topped off with a Las Vegas style shopping experience.
Show Night In Vegas - Blue Man Group - 7:00pm
The teams and fans are invited to attend Show Night at Blue Man Group at the Monte Carlo.

Kickoff Media Conference - 11:00am
The local and national media will have the opportunity to speak to the Head Coaches and select players in this final press conference before game day.
Kickoff Luncheon - 12:00pm
The participating teams join the Maaco Bowl Las Vegas committee, , sponsors, community leaders and fans for a luncheon at Las Vegas Convention Center. Ticket are on sale to the public for $50. For more information call 702-732-3912.
Fremont Street Experience Pep Rally - 6:00pm
Fans and alumni are invited to join team representatives, cheerleaders, the bands and mascots at the Maaco Bowl Las Vegas Pep Rally under the historical lights at the Fremont Street Experience. Interactive contests, the battle of the bands and the cheerleaders will entertain the fans in attendance.
Saturday, December 22nd
Pre-game Tailgate Party - 9:00am
The Tailgate Extravaganza will be located at the north end of the stadium at the Star Nursery Field. All fans are invited to come to the game early and enjoy various food & beverage, as well as, live entertainment.
Kickoff - Maaco Bowl Las Vegas - 12:30pm
The 21st Maaco Bowl Las Vegas will feature selected teams from the Mountain West and Pac-12 Conferences.
